Q: It has been 3 days and I have yet to receive my purchase.
A: Local shipping will be done by SingPost (Unless otherwise stated) so let’s give it abit more time. If you do not receive your products within 7 days, please do drop us a line. Include your invoice number and product purchased.

Q: Do items in your Store ship overseas?
A: Oversease shipping is currently unavailable unless otherwise stated.  Please check with us if unsure .

Q: I received the wrong item in the mail. What should I do?
A: The fastest way to rectify this would be to contact us. Please include your invoice number, product purchased and a short description of what went wrong.

Q: I would like to do Store Pick up, is this possible?
A: Store pick up is currently unavailable unless otherwise stated.
