Q: Must I be a member to buy something from the Store?
A: Yes, you will need to sign up to be a member to make an online purchase. Please Register here to set up an account.

Q: I made a purchase 3 days ago. I have yet to receive it. Should I log a dispute with you?
A: Most shipping is done by SingPost so let’s exercise some patience and give it up to 7 days. If you still have not received your purchase after 7 days, please do alert us and let us check it out for you. Please include in your email, the invoice number and the product(s) you purchased. Q: I realised that the sizing is wrong, may I do an exchange?
A: All goods sold are no refundable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated.

Q: I am an existing member of Golfsite, why do I have to sign up again?
A: The reason you are being asked for your address and some other details is because we did not obtain these on your previous sign up and we now need these details to be able to ship out to you. Thanks for understanding!

Q: Is your payment portal secure?
A: We run our payments through Paypal which is a well-established payment gateway. If you experience any issues with your payment, please contact your credit card issuing bank or Paypal for assistance.

Q: Do I need a Paypal account to make payment?
A: No, you do not need a Paypal account, we just use Paypal as our payment portal. You can make payment via your credit card.
